    Position Overview:
    The Insurance Account Team Leader is a leadership position within the agency, combining high-level sales responsibilities with team management. This position is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership role while still being highly involved in the sales process. You will lead a team of specialists, help with hiring and training, and ensure that the team meets performance and customer service goals.

    Essential Responsibilities:
    • Drive sales by acquiring new clients and managing high-value accounts. Lead by example and maintain high sales activity.
    • Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of Account Specialists. Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
    • Manage the hiring process, including screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new team members.
    • Lead ongoing training sessions for new hires and current team members to improve sales effectiveness and customer service skills.
    Requirements:
    • 3+ years in insurance sales, customer service, or team leadership.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
    • Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance licenses required.
    • Proven ability to manage a team, handle complex client situations, and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
    Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 per year + bonus (up to $12,000 annually
