Full Time – Loganville, GA
Are you competitive, outgoing, and ready for the next step in your career?
Our agency is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an experienced sales professional who wants the opportunity to grow with us. This role combines a strong focus on sales and relationship building with exposure to the leadership and day to day operations of a growing insurance and financial services agency.
For someone who performs well and demonstrates leadership ability, this role is intended to create a path toward greater responsibility as our team continues to expand.
Who we are looking for…
- Has previous sales experience and is comfortable working toward goals
- Is competitive, self-motivated, and enjoys a performance-driven environment
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Takes initiative and naturally looks for ways to help the team succeed
- Has an interest in leadership and professional growth
- Is community driven and enjoys helping others
- Is looking for a long-term career rather than simply their next job
- Can thrive in a small, fast-paced office environment
- Has excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Is already, or willing to become, properly licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (SIE, Series 6, and 63 in the first year of employment)
What you’ll do…
Build relationships – Get to know our customers, understand what matters to them, and help them make informed decisions about protecting their families, income, and assets.
Grow the business – Work with prospects and existing customers to identify opportunities, quote coverage, follow up, and help drive new business for the agency.
Develop your expertise – Learn our products, systems, sales process, and approach to customer relationships while continuing to sharpen your skills as an insurance professional.
Learn how a successful agency operates – As you grow in the role, you’ll gain greater exposure to how we manage sales activity, develop team members, track performance, improve processes, market the agency, and create consistent results.
Grow into leadership – We want someone who is interested in taking on more responsibility over time. As our agency grows and leadership opportunities become available, this position is designed to prepare the right person to step into a larger role within the organization.
Compensation includes base salary plus performance-based commission and bonuses, with additional earning potential.
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm Agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs required by the Agent.
