About the Opportunity

Brightway Insurance is hiring an Agency Manager on behalf of The Deacon Agency in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role overseeing day-to-day agency operations and supporting producer performance.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily agency operations and support the producer team
• Help manage pipeline, workflow, and customer service standards
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of agency staff
• Drive agency performance toward growth and retention goals

What We're Looking For

• Prior insurance agency management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong organizational and team leadership skills
• Comfortable managing people and processes in a fast-paced environment
