About the Opportunity
Brightway Insurance is hiring an Agency Manager on behalf of The Deacon Agency in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role overseeing day-to-day agency operations and supporting producer performance.

What You'll Do
- Oversee daily agency operations and support the producer team
- Help manage pipeline, workflow, and customer service standards
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of agency staff
- Drive agency performance toward growth and retention goals

What We're Looking For
- Prior insurance agency management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills
- Comfortable managing people and processes in a fast-paced environment
