Agency Executive (Regional Distribution Manager) - West Region
Are you a relationship-builder who thrives on turning strong broker partnerships into real business growth? We''re looking for an Agency Executive (Regional Distribution Manager) to join our Global Risk Solutions (GRS) team and become the face of our brand to key regional brokers and agencies across the West. The role has a focus on Middle Market and Mid-Sized Construction business, but will have full responsibility over all GRS Divisions including Majors, Middle, Construction and Specialty.
This is more than a distribution role - it''s a chance to shape how we show up in the marketplace. You''ll work at the intersection of sales, strategy, and relationship management, partnering closely with our Regional Distribution and Underwriting teams to grow our renewal book, unlock cross-sell opportunities, and win new business, all while delivering a best-in-class experience for the brokers and agents who trust us with their clients.

Pay Philosophy: The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications and location. The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
