The ideal candidate should possess strong record-keeping skills and a customer-focused mindset.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage the scheduling and monitoring of incoming and outgoing loads including the coordination of receiving and shipping activities.Process orders for clients and intercompany divisions efficiently.Communicate effectively with suppliers retailers and customers including decision-makers.Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer specifications.Maintain logs and records of warehouse inventory orders and activities.Prepare accurate reports for upper management.QualificationsOver one year of experience as a Traffic Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred.A High School Diploma or GED is required an Associates Degree is preferred.Experience in customer service with a focus on account management.Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.Proficient with Outlook Excel and Word.Excellent organizational communication and multitasking skills.Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.Equal Opportunity EmployerAqua Gulf is an Equal Opportunity Employer &8211 Affirmative Action and a VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
