AG Loan Officer

Agricultural Loan Officer | Now Hiring

We’re looking for an experienced Agricultural Loan Officer to join a strong lending team and work directly with farmers, producers, and agricultural businesses.

This is a great opportunity for someone who understands agriculture, enjoys building long-term customer relationships, and has a strong background in agricultural lending and credit analysis.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow an agricultural loan portfolio

• Develop relationships with farmers, producers, and agribusiness customers• Evaluate financial statements, cash flow, credit history, and collateral

• Structure and present agricultural loan requests• Provide financing solutions for operating lines, equipment, real estate, and other ag needs

• Monitor existing accounts and maintain strong customer relationships

• Identify opportunities to grow the agricultural customer base

• Stay informed on commodity markets and agricultural industry trends

• Ensure loans meet internal credit standards and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Agricultural lending or commercial lending experience

• Strong understanding of farm operations and agricultural finances

• Experience analyzing farm financial statements and cash flow

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Ability to make sound credit decisions

• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
