We are seeking an energetic, friendly, and responsible part-time babysitter for our two children, aged 4 and 3, during the afternoons of the school year starting September 2026. Located in Jersey City, NJ, specifically in the Two Bridges area, close to Chinatown and City Hall. The position runs from Monday to Friday, 2:00-6:00pm, with occasional evenings based on a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities include picking up the children from school, taking them to afterschool activities, playdates, and playgrounds, as well as preparing and giving them dinner. Ensuring their play area is organized and tidy after activities is also important.
Ideal candidates should have experience with toddlers/preschool-aged children and be comfortable with our friendly, lively dog. Hourly rate is $26 or more, depending on experience, with guaranteed pay.
