LiftOne is a fourth-generation, family-led, privately held organization built on trust, integrity, and a commitment to helping customers and teammates succeed. We invest in people, facilities, and innovative technologies to keep the nation’s supply chain moving, pairing our scale with a strong culture and values so we can be a trailblazer built to last.
If you love new challenges, enjoy collaborating with a hardworking team, and want room to advance, you’ll feel at home here. We offer competitive pay, great benefits, ongoing training, and clear paths for growth.
You’ll kick off the day with a quick performance huddle, walk the floor for a Gemba check, and dig into root causes where performance dips. Throughout the day, you’ll balance shop and field priorities—dispatching and managing work orders, approving timesheets and work orders, and ensuring our service platform accurately reflects labor and parts used. You’ll pop out to customer sites as needed to support technicians and follow up on quality, while keeping a close eye on safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
Back at the branch, you’ll lead a technician meeting, escalate roadblocks to your service manager or central support, and coach techs on standards—from the look of vans to inventory levels and workmanship. You’ll close the loop by driving preventive maintenance completion to company targets and reinforcing a safety-first culture.
This role supervises technicians and leads both shop and field service activities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Willingness and ability to learn systems such as Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceMax.
