GENERAL SUMMARY
The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving customer engagement and supporting the strategic execution of SPX FLOW's aftermarket initiatives. This position focuses on identifying and converting cold and warm leads to scheduled MMR assessments and as necessary to review findings, a no-cost service that provides customers with a comprehensive evaluation of their mixing equipment. The role requires a proactive and persuasive communicator with proven success in business development (i.e., cold calling) and lead generation. This individual will collaborate closely with field services, product management, commercial, and technical support teams to ensure seamless delivery of the MMR program and contribute to the overall growth of SPX FLOW's Aftermarket business.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, RESOURCES & ABILITIES
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum Associate's degree (preferably in Business Administration or related field); and minimum two years of experience in a business development/inside sales role; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds. Use of the appropriate PPE is required.
