    QUALIFICATIONS:

    High School degree or GED/HSED

    Strong verbal & written communication skills.

    Ability to resolve challenging situations and how to form collaborative relationships.

    Ability to handle discipline methods which create a positive environment for student development.

    Experience working with economically disadvantaged children from diverse backgrounds

    Demonstrate strong organizational skills.

    PRIMARY DUTIES:

    Ensure effective communication with Program Coordinator.

    Adhere to program requirements.

    Follow directions of the Program Coordinator in regards to policies and procedures.

    Follow daily schedule of events for the group he/she is assigned.

    Provide an optimum learning environment by ensuring appropriate standards of behavior of all students.

    Additional duties as deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of the Program Coordinator.
