Position Summary:
Responsibilities
Assist in overseeing the daily functions of the Middle/High School After School Program.
Provide training to ASP staff and volunteers.
Build relationships with organizations to participate in the ASP Program.
Create and maintain rotating schedule/activities for Afterschool.
Constantly evaluate staff and volunteer performance.
Facilitate daily huddles with staff and volunteers
Assist in scheduling field trips and field trip schedules.
Assist staff and volunteers in the classroom where/when needed.
Monitor classrooms to make sure each room is running smoothly.
Address parent issues, counselor issues, and student issues.
Collect and maintain daily attendance.
Work with ACAC staff on safety and security for ASP program.
