Boston's Bridge To Excellence Inc. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented EEC Administrative Assistant to join our team in Boston, MA. Responsibilities:


  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to EEC program staff and leadership

  • Maintain and organize program records, files, and documentation in compliance with EEC regulations

  • Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and coordination of meetings and events

  • Communicate with families, staff, and external agencies in a professional and timely manner

  • Support data entry, reporting, and tracking of program metrics and compliance requirements

  • Assist in preparing correspondence, memos, and program-related materials

  • Help coordinate staff onboarding, training schedules, and licensing documentation

Requirements:


  • Prior administrative or office support experience, preferably in an early education or childcare setting

  • Familiarity with EEC (Early Education and Care) regulations and compliance standards is a plus

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technology

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
