Job Summary:

As an After-Hours Clinical Social Worker, you will provide essential care to a diverse outpatient population in our Pediatric Behavioral Health After Hours Center. This is a unique opportunity to deliver impactful services during evenings and weekends-when access to care is often most needed. You'll work closely with patients and families to assess needs, provide therapeutic support, and connect individuals with appropriate resources-playing a vital role in continuity of care.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
  • Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care plans
  • Coordinate referrals to community-based and external support services
  • Deliver compassionate, culturally responsive care to children and adolescents

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work (M.S.W.)
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (L.M.S.W.), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.), or eligibility required
  • 3+ years of relevant post-master's experience

Early Career Opportunity:

Recent M.S.W. graduates who are L.M.S.W.-eligible are encouraged to apply! Candidates may be appointed at the entry-level (SL2) with a commensurate salary upon obtaining a Limited Permit. Licensure (L.M.S.W.) must be obtained within 12 months.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Background working with child and adolescent populations

Work Days:

  • Evening and weekend shifts
  • Monday-Friday: Between 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
  • Weekends: Between 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Flexible scheduling within these ranges

Salary Range: $77,000 - $95,221 full time equivalent (based on education and experience)
