As a TAG24 Specialist, you will have a diverse and varied role. You'll collaborate with our global teams to support company initiatives and uncover innovative solutions, while taking a proactive approach to your day‑to‑day responsibilities.Responsibilities & DutiesFully service all enquiries, requests, bookings, and ticketing with the highest standards and quality documentation. Ensure all air, rail, hotel, and/or other ancillary reservations meet company and client expectationsReport, investigate and resolve errors or/and client complaints adhering to the highest standards of customer serviceProcess complex reissues and pricing records accuratelyEnsure deadlines, client policies, and SLA's are met and adhered toDevelop and maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring the highest standards are delivered at all times with a personalized and individual approach to each clientConfidently manage multiple complex itineraries and large group movementsNegotiate the best rates and deals from vendors to reduce client expenditure. Assess all potential revenue and income streams for maximum company profitabilityTicket all bookings as and when necessaryEnsure PNR entries in GDS are correct and fully completedEnsure the company does not incur any financial losses through individual and avoidable errorComplete all TAG desktop files and respond to all communications proactively, promptly, efficiently, and accuratelyCollaborate willingly across different teamsConsistently demonstrate attention to detail so that errors are reduced, profits are maximized, and the company does not incur any financial losses through individual and avoidable errorsAdhere to and support TAG company policy and TAG24 departmental procedures at all timesAction all required tasks related to clients and/or suppliers in a timely and effective manner to ensure correct information is readily available for continuity of service for all team membersAdhere to PCI regulations in accordance with Company policyQualificationsBS or BA Degree ORIn lieu of education credentials, equivalent combination of education and directly related experienceMinimum of 7 years of experience of working knowledge and experience in working with the Travel Industry or a 24 hours department or similar service industry (10 years)Strong knowledge and understanding of airfares, contracted fares, ticketing and reissues7 years of GDS experience (Galileo preferred)Versed in booking flights, hotels and good understanding of published airfaresExperience handling VIP and touring clients, and/or group travelAbility to learn new systemsAbility to work independently or within a teamProactive and self-starterExcellent customer service and negotiation skillsProblem-solving and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and think outside of the boxExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFlexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmStrong knowledge & understanding of fares, negotiated contracted fares, ticketing and reissueStrong knowledge of Microsoft SuiteA flexible approach to working hours is a mustAvailability: Please only apply to this role if you are okay with working every Saturday and Sunday as a part of your Full‑Time schedule.Experience TAG PerksCompetitive salary DOEWellness/EAP programEmployee discountsWe are also committed to offering an equal opportunity for all employees and applicants.#J-18808-Ljbffr
