    Position Summary:Responsible for overseeing Opportunity Inc. licensed facilities in a manner that furthers the mission and vision of the agency.  This includes providing supervision and leadership, training and guidance for the staff of several homes as well as ensuring the well-being and safety of each resident.  The position is responsible for managing fund allocations, medication management, staff, disciplinary action, resident outcome measurements, and community integration.  The position is also responsible for coordinating with other departments to assure that all licensed facilities meet DHS 88, DHS 83, HCBS Regulations, internal standards and contractual obligations.  This position is also responsible for operating each home within budgetary parameters, as well as for developing and implementing individualized goals and objectives in the provision of services.
    Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
    ·         Oversee all resident person-centered care plans
    ·         Monitor and review quality of service and quality of care.  Includes recording and reporting and making recommendations regarding quality of care and resident status in all activities, and providing necessary documentation to the RN and Adult Programs Director, etc.

    ·         Coordinate with maintenance coordinator for maintenance of all licensed facilities, as well as with the ordering and replacement of necessary supplies
    ·         Supervise PCW staff.  Assure that the orientation, training, monitoring, and evaluation of all Personal Care Workers meets DHS 88, DHS 83 and HCBS Regulations, contractual obligations and internal standards.
    ·         Collect, verify, and process staff payroll information
    ·         Communicate effectively by conducting staff meetings; explaining policies and procedures; training new and existing staff; completing necessary paperwork, schedules, and all required documentation 
    ·         Keep programs within budgetary parameters 
    ·         Develop procedures and assure the accuracy of resident financial matters regarding personal and grocery accounts
    ·         Must be accessible and responsive to the needs of residents and employees
    ·         Possess the ability to gain the trust and respect of co-workers and residents
    ·         Maintain the integrity of confidential information
    ·         Maintain the quality, accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of all work performed
    ·         Promote the teamwork concept within the work environment
    ·         Support supervisor and leadership to be successful
    ·         Attendance at agency and departmental meetings is required
    ·         Attend on-going training sessions both at Opportunity Inc. and through other sponsoring organizations
    ·         Represent Opportunity Inc. in a professional manner at all times
    ·         Maintain a positive attitude and image at all times

    ·         Other job related duties as may be necessary to carry out the responsibilities of this position
    Qualifications:
    ·         Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, or lesser degree and equivalent experience preferred
    ·         Two years of related experience working in the human service field required
    ·         Requires effective skill of writing and speaking clearly and effectively
    ·         Requires the ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
    ·         Requires the ability to make logical decisions, carry out decisions made, and follow-up with feedback when appropriate  
    ·         Requires the ability to work independently and frequently switch tasks
    ·         Requires valid WI driver’s license, at least 3 years driving experience and a good driving record
    ·         Possess excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
    ·         Ability to travel when needed 
    ·         Requires ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
    ·         Must be able to pass an essential function evaluation
    ·         The employee must frequently lift, support, and/or move up to 75 pounds and occasionally lift, support, and/or move up to 100 pounds
    ·         Must be caring and compassionate, and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/participants
