Remote Modeling Manager

Job Description
- A heavy bias working between departments to oversee and advise on LIHTC related matters working with key leadership nationally and presenting a huge growth opportunity.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support property-related initiatives.
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for decision-making linked to LIHTC and working closely with legal departments, asset management, acquisitions and key leaders within the business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of financial models with company objectives.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor and forecast financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all financial analyses.
- Assist in evaluating potential investments and property acquisitions.
- Provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency and performance.
The Successful Applicant
- A strong, hands-on background working within LIHTC affordable housing ideally having worked for a bank, non-profit, syndicator or real estate developer.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools relevant to the financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data effectively to stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
