This role is responsible for reviewing resident files and certifications, conducting compliance audits, supporting onsite teams, and helping maintain accurate reporting and regulatory readiness across the portfolio. #ZR

What You'll Do:

• Review certifications & resident eligibility
• Conduct file audits & compliance reviews
• Support HUD, LIHTC, HOME & RD compliance efforts
• Assist onsite teams with training & regulatory guidance
• Help communities stay inspection and audit ready

What We're Looking For:

• Affordable housing compliance experience
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, EIV & Fair Housing
• Strong attention to detail & organizational skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills

Work Hours & Benefits:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with an hour for lunch.
• Benefits: We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off (PTO) based on longevity, and holidays off.
• Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually, based on experience.

COS, HCCP, TCS, EIVS, CAM, ARM & more
