Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Aesthetic Sales Consultant to join a fast-growing, high-volume medical spa. This role focuses on converting leads into clients, conducting consultations, and driving revenue through service packages, memberships, and treatment plans.

This is a sales-focused position ideal for individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment and are motivated by income potential and client results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound inquiries (calls, texts, social media) into booked consultations
  • Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans
  • Sell memberships, packages, and high-value services
  • Follow up with leads and re-engage existing clients
  • Maintain knowledge of services, pricing, and promotions
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Track and manage performance metrics (conversion rate, average ticket, rebooking)

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales (aesthetics, med spa, fitness, or retail preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
