    Aesthetic Practice Manager

    Location:  Buford, GA
    Employment Type: Full-Time
    Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 plus performance-based bonuses

    Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in medical aesthetics, med spa, or wellness practice management

    Position Overview

    The Practice Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, team performance, and client satisfaction within a welcoming and professional environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a solid understanding of the aesthetics industry and a proven ability to manage teams, improve systems, and drive business growth. The role is ideal for someone who thrives on providing high end customer service and having an impact on growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee and optimize daily operations
    • Lead, train, and support staff
    • Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience from start to finish
    • Manage schedules, systems, inventory, and vendor relationships
    • Conduct client consultations and support the sales process (lead management and follow-up, invoice creation, payment processing, etc.)
    • Perform front office / reception duties as needed
    • Achieve and exceed monthly KPI goals; coach team performance
    • Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve revenue, retention, and efficiency
    • Ensure compliance with state regulations and internal protocols
    • Support marketing initiatives by coordinating with vendors and internal implementation
    • Act as a liaison between ownership and staff
    • Improve systems, processes, and standard operating procedures
    • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development
    • Hire, onboard, and train new team members; manage corrective actions when needed
    • Process payroll submissions
    • Other duties as assigned by ownership

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a medical spa or cosmetic/aesthetics practice, or spa
    • Strong leadership and team-building abilities
    • Proficiency with technology (EMR systems, scheduling tools, CRM software, and general computer systems)
    • Excellent communication, organization, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong business and sales acumen
    • Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services
    • Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor
