    We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Plastic Surgeon to join a prominent established cosmetic and aesthetic practice in the San Francisco Bay Area of California.


    This opportunity is ideal for a surgeon looking to step into a high-performing practice, and work toward long-term partnership within a physician-led, ownership-focused partnership.


    The practice serves a discerning patient population across 4 locations in Northern California. With established infrastructure, experienced staff, and operational support in place, the incoming surgeon can focus on clinical excellence while scaling a sustainable and rewarding practice.

    Requirements:

    • MD or DO with completion of an accredited Plastic Surgery residency
    • Board-certified or board-eligible
    • Strong aesthetic and/or reconstructive surgical skill set
    • Excellent communication, professionalism, and bedside manner
    • Interest in long-term practice growth and partnership
