One day a week, top-of-market hourly, and an established patient base already on the books. If you love injecting but do not want to leave your primary role to do more of it, this is built for you.

An established med spa and wellness practice in Midtown Atlanta is hiring a part-time Aesthetic Injector, NP or PA, to take over an existing injectable patient base. This is a defined, predictable schedule: Mondays, plus up to two Saturdays a month. You would work under physician-led medical direction alongside estheticians, wellness providers, and a dedicated patient care team.

    What You Will Do

    • Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators, within your training, licensure, and Georgia scope of practice.
    • Run thorough consultations: assess facial anatomy, set realistic expectations, and build treatment plans patients actually return for.
    • Manage and document outcomes, follow-ups, and any complications according to the practice's clinical protocols.
    • Work with the patient care team on scheduling, rebooking, and membership conversations so your day runs full.
    • Represent the practice professionally with patients and teammates. This is a patient-facing, reputation-carrying role.

    How Success Is Measured

    • Consistent patient rebooking and retention on your injectable days.
    • Safe, well-documented outcomes with sound complication management.
    • Reliability: showing up, on time, for a schedule the practice builds its Mondays around.

    Requirements

    Required

    • Active Georgia Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing. This role is open to NP and PA candidates only.
    • Hands-on aesthetic injectables experience with paying patients, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers. Biostimulator experience is a strong plus.
    • Ability to work independently within your scope under the practice's physician-led medical direction.
    • Availability for the set schedule: Mondays 9:45am to 4pm, plus up to two Saturdays per month 9:45am to 3pm.
    • Able to reliably commute to Midtown Atlanta with dependable transportation.
    • Sound complication-management judgment and strong professional references.

    You Will Thrive Here If

    • You want to keep injecting without giving up your primary position, or you want a defined part-time clinical day rather than a full schedule.
    • You are dependable, polished with patients, and comfortable being the clinical face of a practice one day a week.
    • You would rather inherit an existing patient base than build one from scratch.

    Benefits

    Compensation

$55 to $75 per hour depending on experience, plus performance incentives. Final rate is set by the employer at offer and reflects injectable experience, credential level, and demonstrated results.

    About the Opportunity

This is an established, running practice, and this role is a replacement for a departing provider rather than a new build. The patient base, the protocols, the support team, and the schedule already exist. For the right NP or PA, that means walking into a running injectable practice one day a week rather than spending a year filling a book. Final interviews with the employer are expected to include a clinical discussion of your injectable approach and complication management, plus verification of licenses, references, and employment history.
