11 North Aesthetics is a five-star luxury med spa on Amelia Island with 168 five-star reviews, a loyal patient base and a reputation built on natural, visible results. We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team as an exceptional aesthetic injector.

You will be trusted with the full patient relationship, from first consultation through long-term treatment planning, and you will play a meaningful part in the practice's next phase of growth. For a provider with wellness experience, the role also includes the opportunity to help launch and lead an entirely new medical wellness service line.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Aesthetic Injectables

• Perform neurotoxin (Botox, Jeuveau) and dermal filler treatments with an emphasis on facial balance, proportion and natural results

• Develop injection plans grounded in a thorough assessment of facial anatomy, aging patterns and patient goals

• Recognize, prevent and manage complications in line with established protocols and best practices

Consultation and Treatment Planning

• Lead comprehensive consultations, reviewing medical history, contraindications, expectations and budget

• Design individualized, multi-visit treatment plans that combine injectables with skin and body treatments for the best long-term outcome

• Educate patients clearly and honestly so they feel confident in every recommendation

Advanced Skin and Body Treatments

• Deliver XERF skin tightening, ULTRA laser and body contouring treatments, with training provided on the practice's technology as needed

• Integrate device-based treatments into patients' broader aesthetic plans

Patient Experience and Retention

• Build long-term patient relationships through attentive follow-up, rebooking and ongoing treatment planning

• Support membership and maintenance programs that keep patients on track with their results

Clinical Standards

• Prescribe within scope and practice in accordance with Florida regulations and the practice's supervisory protocols

• Maintain accurate, timely charting, informed consents and before-and-after photography

• Contribute to the refinement of clinical protocols and treatment standards

Wellness Service Line (for qualified candidates)

• Help design and launch a new wellness offering, which may include hormone optimization (HRT, BHRT, TRT), medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapy and peptide therapy

• Contribute to patient selection criteria, lab review workflows, treatment protocols and follow-up schedules

• Serve as a clinical lead for the service line as it grows

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active, unrestricted Florida license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant

• Active DEA registration, or the ability to obtain one before start

• Hands-on experience administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers

• Strong command of facial anatomy, injection technique and complication management

• Minimum one year of post-licensure clinical experience

• Comfort practicing with a high degree of clinical autonomy and sound independent judgment

Preferred

• Two or more years of aesthetic injecting experience with a portfolio of before-and-after results

• Experience in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, GLP-1 therapy, peptides or functional medicine

• Experience with energy-based devices, skin tightening, laser or body contouring treatments

• Advanced injector training or certification

COMPENSATION AND SCHEDULE

Hourly pay · $60–80 per hour, based on directly relevant experience

Performance bonus · Tied to the revenue and patient volume you build

Schedule · Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with no weekends, nights or on-call
