Build Your Career in Aesthetic Medicine, Wellness and Longevity
Aesthetemed Beauty and Wellness Clinic is looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants to build a long-term career in aesthetic medicine, wellness and longevity care.
We are not simply filling shifts. We are looking for a medical provider who wants to become part of a growing team, develop advanced clinical skills, build lasting patient relationships and grow professionally alongside the clinic.
We welcome both:
• Experienced aesthetic providers and master injectors;
• Clinically strong NP/PA candidates who are passionate about this field and ready to complete a structured training pathway.
You do not need to know every treatment we offer before joining us. If you have a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to grow in aesthetic medicine and wellness, we can provide training in the services and protocols you still need to learn.
About Aesthetemed
Aesthetemed is a growing, approximately 6,000-square-foot beauty, wellness and longevity clinic located in Hallandale Beach, Florida.
Our clinic operates seven days a week and has a team of more than 10 Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, with approximately five to six medical providers working on-site each day.
Our providers work with:
• A consistent and established patient flow;
• Comprehensive patient consultations;
• Personalized aesthetic, wellness and longevity treatment plans;
• Modern injectable, laser and energy-based technologies;
• Internal clinical protocols and multidisciplinary treatment approaches;
• Ongoing education, onboarding and competency development;
• Support from the medical, operations, sales and patient-coordination teams.
Our goal is to deliver complete, individualized care—not isolated procedures. We combine aesthetic medicine, wellness and longevity solutions to help patients achieve sustainable results and continue their care over time.
Clinical Areas
Depending on experience, training and demonstrated competency, providers may work with:
• Neuromodulators and dermal fillers;
• Biostimulators and collagen-building treatments;
• PRP, PRF and regenerative treatments;
• Laser, radiofrequency, ultrasound and other energy-based procedures;
• Skin rejuvenation and advanced aesthetic protocols;
• IV therapy and wellness injections;
• Peptide and weight-management programs;
• Hormone optimization and longevity programs;
• Comprehensive aesthetic and wellness consultations;
• Personalized treatment planning and long-term patient management.
Training and Professional Development
Aesthetemed provides structured onboarding and internal training based on each provider’s existing skills and experience.
Training may include:
• Injectable techniques and facial assessment;
• Aesthetic devices and laser procedures;
• Wellness and IV protocols;
• Peptide, weight-management and longevity programs;
• Consultation and treatment-planning standards;
• Patient education and follow-up care;
• Medical documentation and safety protocols;
• Ethical presentation of clinically appropriate treatment plans.
Every provider must complete the required training, competency assessments and supervised practice before independently performing a new service.
Position Schedule
Full-time employment is preferred. However, qualified candidates may begin with a consistent part-time schedule—such as one or two days per week—and transition to additional days or full-time employment based on:
• Clinical competency;
• Performance;
• Patient demand;
• Schedule availability;
• Mutual fit;
• The provider’s interest in growing with the clinic.
Weekend availability is preferred because the clinic operates seven days a week.
This opportunity is designed for providers interested in building a long-term role with Aesthetemed, rather than temporary or occasional shift coverage.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic and wellness consultations.
• Review medical history, assess patient needs and identify appropriate treatment options.
• Develop safe, personalized and clinically justified treatment plans.
• Perform approved procedures within the provider’s license, training and demonstrated competency.
• Educate patients about treatment options, realistic outcomes, risks, preparation and aftercare.
• Clearly and confidently explain recommended treatment plans without compromising clinical ethics.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Follow all clinical, safety, infection-control and HIPAA requirements.
• Provide appropriate patient follow-up and promptly address clinical concerns.
• Participate in onboarding, continuing education and competency assessments.
• Collaborate with other medical providers and the clinic’s operations, sales and patient-care teams.
• Help build long-term patient relationships and support continuity of care.
Who Will Succeed at Aesthetemed
The ideal candidate:
• Is genuinely passionate about aesthetics, wellness and longevity;
• Wants to develop advanced skills rather than perform only one type of service;
• Understands that excellent results begin with a thorough consultation;
• Values patient safety, natural outcomes and ethical recommendations;
• Is comfortable educating patients and presenting comprehensive treatment plans;
• Is open to feedback, training and continuous professional development;
• Takes responsibility for documentation, follow-up and the complete patient experience;
• Wants to become part of a strong, growing medical team;
• Is interested in building a long-term career and patient base at Aesthetemed.
