About the Role

McKinzie Aesthetics is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing aesthetics and wellness practice in Edmond, Oklahoma.

This is an excellent opportunity for an NP or PA who is interested in building a career in medical aesthetics and wellness. We are willing to train the right candidate, making this a great opportunity for a motivated provider who wants to develop their skills in aesthetic injectables and wellness services.

Experience with injectables or other patient-facing procedural care is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments with appropriate training and supervision.

• Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Educate patients about aesthetic and wellness services.

• Provide wellness services, including hormone optimization, peptides, and medical weight management.

• Provide exceptional patient care and build strong, long-term patient relationships.

• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow clinical and safety protocols.

• Support patient retention and contribute to a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Oklahoma.

• Previous experience with aesthetic injectables or procedural care preferred.

• Strong communication and patient consultation skills.

• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.

• Genuine interest in medical aesthetics and wellness.

• Willingness to learn and develop advanced aesthetic skills.

Compensation & Schedule

• $60/hour base pay + commission, depending on experience.

• Full-time preferred.

• 4-day workweek.

• No weekends.
