A high-end aesthetics practice in the Boston area is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injectable Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who combines strong clinical skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. The ideal candidate is confident performing cosmetic injectable treatments while demonstrating the ability to listen to patients, understand their individual concerns and goals, and communicate treatment options clearly and thoughtfully. This role emphasizes both clinical excellence and the ability to build lasting patient relationships through personalized care, education, and a genuine commitment to patient satisfaction and safety.
The provider will perform injectable treatments, develop individualized aesthetic treatment plans, educate patients on procedures and aftercare, and recommend appropriate treatments based on each patient's needs and desired outcomes. As the lead aesthetics provider, the successful candidate will work independently, exercise sound clinical judgment, and collaborate with a dedicated clinical and administrative team to deliver exceptional results and a welcoming, luxury patient experience. Qualifications:
2+ years of cosmetic injection experience.
Expertise in Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, and full-face rejuvenation techniques.
Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop safe, effective, individualized treatment plans.
Excellent patient communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively, explain procedures and expected outcomes, and establish trust and rapport.
A caring, professional bedside manner with a genuine commitment to patient comfort, safety, education, and satisfaction.
Experience with advanced laser technologies and aesthetic devices.
Strong knowledge of aesthetic products, technologies, treatment modalities, and industry terminology.
Ability to discuss treatment options honestly and effectively, helping patients make informed decisions while maintaining realistic expectations.
Comfortable serving as the lead aesthetics provider, working autonomously, and collaborating with a dedicated support staff.
Current Massachusetts Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
Marketing and social media engagement experience is a plus.
