    Position Summary 
    The Aesthetic Consultant - Specialist (OMNI + BBL Legacy) is responsible for driving sales growth of Sciton’s OMNI hair removal platform and BBL Legacy handpiece technology within an assigned territory. This role focuses on prospecting, building strong client relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and closing capital equipment sales.

    The position requires a highly motivated, results-driven individual who can develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts and serving as a trusted advisor to aesthetic and medical professionals. The ideal candidate will understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value of OMNI’s fast, comfortable, and reliable hair removal solution for all skin types, as well as the proven capabilities of Sciton’s BBL Legacy technology.

    Territory & Travel Requirements
    This role requires 40–60% travel across a multi-city/region territory, with overnight travel expected 1-2 times per week. The territory covers Kentucky, Tennessee, Arkansas, and West Virginia. 

    Key Responsibilities: 
    • Strategic Account Ownership: Manage a portfolio of named key accounts, develop multi-level relationships, understand business objectives and expand system utilization and increase product portfolio adoption across all Sciton platforms.
    • Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle – from discovery through demonstration, financial justification, negotiation and close – while consistently achieving or exceeding an annual quota.
    • Prospecting & Pipeline Development: Identify, research, and engage new business opportunities through outbound activity, networking, and referrals.
    • Territory Management: Maintain a balanced focus on new business acquisition and account retention to ensure consistent territory growth.
    • Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person and virtual presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer needs and buying cycles.
    • Account Support: Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and secure renewals or repeat purchases through customer events, open houses and any other applicable opportunities.
    • Collaboration: Partner with marketing, service, and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective follow-through. Demonstrate selflessness in working with others to achieve company goals.
    • Forecasting & Reporting: Accurately maintain CRM records, sales pipeline and forecasting to leadership on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
    • Market Insight: Monitor competitive activity and market trends to position the company’s products effectively.
    • Expense Management: Control and maintain yearly budget within your territory.
    • Event Development & Execution: Plan and develop educational selling events throughout the territory and within event budget guidelines.
    Qualifications: 
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field 
    • 3–5 years of successful experience in capital equipment sales (medical/aesthetic preferred)
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas 
    • Strong prospecting skills with a willingness to cold call and generate new leads 
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively 
    • Understanding of ROI-based selling methodologies 
    • Ability to build relationships quickly and work effectively both independently and as part of a team 
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven 
    • Customer-focused with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels Experience selling to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, or physicians is a plus Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory 
    Compensation and Benefits 
    The salary range for this position is $90k - $100k, with the potential to earn up to $250k in total compensation (OTE). In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K with matching.
