HDR's Bellevue Building Engineering Services (BES) team is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex projects for aerospace clients within a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. This role will serve as a key interface with a dynamic, rapidly evolving client organization, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing competing priorities, and driving project execution from early planning through delivery. The successful candidate will thrive in a challenging setting that demands strong leadership, proactive communication, sound technical judgment, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining exceptional client service and project performance.

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience serving as a Project Manager, successfully leading multidisciplinary building engineering projects from planning and design through construction and closeout. Master''s degree
PMP certification
Interest in advancing digital delivery and AI-supported workflows in infrastructure projects
Aerospace facility experience preferred, including the delivery of manufacturing, research and development, testing, mission-critical, or other technically complex building projects for aerospace clients.
Local to the Bellevue/Greater Seattle area or able to regularly support client and project team engagements throughout the region, with established knowledge of the local market and permitting environment.
