Responsibilities
- RFQ Processing: Prepare and issue Request for Quotes to suppliers in support of engineering and operations.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and delivery times.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in procurement or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Prefer Experience with raw material buying and consolidation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Office software
