Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Aerospace Design Engineer specializing in Gas Turbine Hot Section Engineering. Responsible for developing complex 3D solid models, engineering assemblies, technical documentation, and design solutions for gas turbine components while ensuring compliance with aerospace standards.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8 10 years of gas turbine engine experience, specializing in hot section engineering.
- Proven experience with Pratt & Whitney Aerospace (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of GTF Engine Combustor, Turbine, and Exhaust hardware.
- Advanced GD&T and ASME Y14.5M standards.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and part blueprints.
- Complex 3D solid modeling and engineering assemblies.
- Knowledge of gas turbine engine operating principles.
- Root-cause analysis and mistake-proofing.
- Technical documentation and MS Office proficiency.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
