Is This You?
- Can you take a print with GD&T callouts and hit spec on the first article?
- Do you adjust offsets and make minor program edits without breaking stride?

What You’ll Tackle
- Set up and run 2–4 axis CNC lathes for aerospace components
- Read/interpret blueprints and GD&T to ensure conformance
- Execute tool changes, offsets, and small program tweaks
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges; log results
- Troubleshoot chip control, surface finish, and dimensional issues to keep production moving
Bring These Credentials
- 2+ years of CNC lathe experience (setup and operation)
- Blueprint fluency and strong GD&T understanding
- History of holding tight tolerances in production environments
- Comfort with Fanuc or equivalent controls
- Ability to work independently on 2nd shift (3:00 - 1:30AM)
