Aerial Imaging Systems Engineer

For our site in Rehovot, we are looking for a System Engineer to lead the development of advanced stabilized electro optical line-of-sight systems.

Job Description:

Collaboration with development teams and the business unit

Defining and managing system requirements, leading development reviews and overseeing integration and engineering testing processes in collaboration with development teams and customers

Providing engineering support for marketing and business development efforts

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Physics, Electro Optics, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering

M.Sc. in System Engineering or another engineering degree - Advantage

At least five years of experience in system engineering or development of complex multidisciplinary systems

Proven experience in leading development processes within an engineering matrix

Proven Experience in the development of electro optical systems and Familiarity with military electro optical systems - Advantage

Experience working with customers and subcontractors both domestically and internationally

Experience in responding to technical bids both domestically and internationally as a marketing support

Systemic perspective, creativity, attention to details, a strong work ethic and high motivation

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, strong teamwork abilities, and outstanding human relations

Fast learning capacity and strong analytical skills for complex subjects

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently

Willingness to travel abroad

High level of English proficiency
