Green Acres Lawn Care, a family-owned business celebrating 20 years of service, is looking for an Aeration / Overseeding Technician to help us keep thousands of clients across the area with healthy, lush lawns. With over 40 employees, we’re proud to be a trusted local provider dedicated to quality, integrity, and treating our team like family.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate aeration and overseeding equipment on residential and commercial properties.
- Prepare lawns by aerating soil to improve water and nutrient absorption.
- Overseed to help lawns grow thicker and greener.
- Identify lawn areas needing attention and deliver recommended solutions.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, following safety procedures and using PPE.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with lawn aeration and overseeding is a plus.
- Having mowing or ride-on equipment experience is a big advantage — if you enjoy working with mowers, you'll love the work involved in aeration!
- Knowledge of lawn health and turf management an advantage.
- Strong work ethic, reliable, and punctual.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting equipment and working on uneven terrain.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Enjoy working outside in all seasons.
