Job Title: AEM Developer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA – Onsite
Employment Type: W2 Contract Only
Pay Rate: $50–$55/hour (All-inclusive maximum)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and Java/J2EE development to build and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise content management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Java/J2EE.
  • Develop and manage AEM workflows, Sling Servlets, REST APIs, and JSON-based integrations.
  • Work with core AEM technologies, including Oak, Sling, Dispatcher, and Lucene Indexing.
  • Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance CMS solutions.
  • Support CI/CD processes using Jenkins, Maven, Hudson, and Selenium.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, performance tuning, and production support.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, QA, UX, and DevOps teams.
  • Prepare technical documentation and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Work independently and participate in technical discussions with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
  • 5–10 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • 5–10 years of strong Java/J2EE development experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise AEM projects.
  • Strong experience with AEM Workflows, Sling Servlets, REST APIs, JSON, and Lucene Indexing.
  • Good understanding of Oak, Sling, and Dispatcher.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Maven, Hudson, Selenium, and CI/CD processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualification:
  • Previous experience working on Apple projects is a strong advantage.
