AEM Architect/Lead

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and enterprise integrations, along with hands-on experience managing Akamai CDN and website performance. We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

We are looking for an experienced AEM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, Java, Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, and enterprise integrations, along with hands-on experience managing Akamai CDN and website performance.

Design content models, reusable components, and integration frameworks.

Manage Akamai CDN configurations, caching, security, and performance optimization.

Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud Manager deployment strategies.

Integrate AEM with Adobe Experience Cloud, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Ensure website scalability, security, accessibility, and SEO best practices.

Contribute to MCP-based AI agents and content automation initiatives.

Mentor teams, conduct architecture reviews, and establish development standards.
Required Skills:

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in AEM architecture.

Strong expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Cloud Service, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly, and Java.

Experience with Akamai CDN, DevOps, CI/CD, and enterprise integrations.

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
