Description

  • 4-7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • 4-7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management.
  • Managing periodic governance and reporting.
  • Development in Opcenter DS for small change requests.
  • Ability to provide product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications to team members.
  • Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management.
  • Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customer's manufacturing & business processes.
  • SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability.
  • Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
  • Coordination & contribution with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Closely coordinate and work with the product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations, etc.
  • Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter MOM platform.
  • Techno-functional analysis and impact assessment of a change and new requirements provide efficient and optimum solutions to complex business problems.
  • Translate the solution requirement and work with the development team to build.
