Title: AEM Adobe Cloud Migration Lead / Architect
Location: Malvern, PA / Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX
Duration: 6 months
Pay rate: $60 - $66 per hour on W2/C2C

Role Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced AEM Cloud Architect / Lead Developer to lead the design, implementation, and migration of enterprise-scale AEM Cloud as a Service (AEMaaCS) solution. The ideal candidate will serve as both a solution architect and hands-on technical leader, driving architecture decisions, consulting with business stakeholders, leading a team of AEM developers, and partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple business domains.

The role requires strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager Cloud Service, digital experience platforms, cloud-native architecture, enterprise integrations, and migration programs. The candidate should also possess foundational AWS cloud knowledge to support migration and coexistence scenarios between AWS and Adobe Cloud environments.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• 8+ years of AEM development and architecture experience.
• 3+ years of AEM Cloud Service implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale AEM migration programs.
• Should have fair understanding of Adobe experience cloud Products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AJO, AEP, CDP.
• Experience managing offshore/onshore development teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
