Advisory Team Coordinator Location: Sarasota, FL Employment Type: Full-Time ABOUT THE ROLE The Advisory Team Coordinator sits at the intersection of Marketing and the Advisory Team. You will be responsible for: • Responding rapidly to hot inbound leads • Scheduling Discovery Meetings • Conducting seminar attendee qualification calls • Improving Discovery Meeting attendance rates • Supporting Florida seminars • Coordinating advisor calendars • Maintaining Salesforce documentation • Creating a world-class prospect experience This is not a passive administrative role. You directly influence advisor productivity, marketing ROI, Discovery Meeting stick rate, and company growth.
