Compensation: $72,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)*

• Includes base salary + commission.

Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You''d Do in This Role:

You''ll step in front of a room of business owners each week, not in a boardroom, but on a Zoom call, and guide the conversation toward real progress. Ramsey Solutions'' Advisory Groups bring entrepreneurs together to work through the same money and leadership challenges side by side, and the coach who leads those calls sets the tone for the whole group. You''ll read the room, keep quieter voices in the mix, and make sure every session feels worth showing up for. This is a role built for someone who thrives on connection, energy, and helping a room full of different personalities move forward together, week after week.

You''re Probably a Match If:

• You have 2+ years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service.
• You have experience leading or facilitating groups. This is a must-have for the role.
• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You have high attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• You''re passionate about the mission of Ramsey Solutions and have experience with our products.

• Onboarding new members quickly and smoothly
• Facilitating transformational Advisory Group calls over Zoom
• Driving strong relationship management and renewal and retention outcomes
• Solving problems calmly and confidently as processes and systems evolve
• Bringing empathy and ownership to defuse critical customer situations
