Wealth Management | New York, NY | Hybrid

    The Opportunity

PE is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and relationship-oriented Senior Associate, Ecosystem Engagement to join its New York office in a hybrid capacity.

This role sits at the intersection of partner engagement, project management, business operations, and analytics, supporting initiatives across the growing network of partner firms. Working closely with the Vice President, the Senior Associate will help manage ongoing partner engagement, coordinate key initiatives, develop reporting and presentations, and ensure projects move effectively from planning through execution.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys business partnering—building relationships, understanding business needs, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and bringing structure and follow-through to important initiatives.

The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with senior stakeholders, analyzing business information, and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    What You’ll Do

    • Support the Vice President in managing ongoing relationships and initiatives across the network of partner firms.

    • Serve as a key point of coordination for partner communications, meetings, deliverables, follow-up activities, and strategic initiatives.

    • Build strong working relationships with partner firms, developing an understanding of their businesses, priorities, and needs.

    • Coordinate quarterly business reviews, including gathering information, developing materials, organizing meetings, tracking action items, and managing follow-up.

    • Support portfolio reporting, transaction closings, partner onboarding, and other recurring ecosystem initiatives.

    • Analyze business and financial information and translate findings into clear dashboards, presentations, reports, and actionable insights for leadership and partner firms.

    • Work closely with Finance, Business Intelligence, Investment, and other internal teams to gather information and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.

    • Track strategic and operational projects across multiple partner firms, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and next steps remain visible and on schedule.

    • Maintain reporting tools, project plans, documentation, and other resources used to manage partner initiatives.

    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, communication, and execution as the partner network continues to grow.

    • Help develop and implement scalable best practices across the ecosystem.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience; candidates with approximately 4–6 years of progressive experience are encouraged to apply.

    • Experience in management consulting, business operations, corporate finance, private equity, wealth management, investment banking, professional services, or another business-partnering environment.

    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders across an organization.

    • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business and financial information.

    • Experience creating presentations, dashboards, analyses, and management reporting for senior stakeholders.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Highly collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

    • Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities may evolve quickly.

    Preferred Experience

Experience within RIA, wealth management, financial services, professional services, private equity, or a private equity-backed business is a plus.

Candidates who have worked in roles requiring them to act as a business partner to senior leaders or business units may be particularly well suited to this opportunity.

Deep financial modeling experience is not required. The emphasis is on the ability to analyze information, identify what matters, communicate it effectively, and help drive execution.

    Work Environment

This position will be based in the New York office with a hybrid work schedule.

Regular travel is not currently anticipated. Client holds an annual partner event, and attendance would be welcomed but is not required.

    Why This Role

The Senior Associate will have exposure to a growing network of wealth management businesses and the opportunity to work across a broad range of partner and business initiatives.

Rather than focusing on a single functional area, this individual will work across partner engagement, strategic initiatives, analytics, reporting, transactions, onboarding, and operational execution. It is an opportunity to develop broad business experience while working closely with senior leaders and partner firms throughout the ecosystem.
