    The Change Management Advisor plays a critical role in accelerating the delivery of business value by guiding enterprise-wide change initiatives that drive cultural evolution, employee engagement, and business transformation at Chevron. This position involves supporting Chevron’s overall Culture & Change Management strategy. This position is designed for individuals with deep expertise in change management strategies, transformation delivery, and executive-level coaching experience. . The ideal candidate is a strategic systems thinker and trusted advisor to senior leaders who thrives in dynamic, ambiguous, fast-moving environments and consistently translates transformation into measurable adoption, sustained performance, and durable business outcomes. This is a player-coach role: equally capable of directly delivering the work, shaping the operating system behind it, and directing third-party partners who support delivery at scale.
    Leads projects of medium scope and complexity. Work often impacts across work groups or at the BU level. Detailed knowledge of the work function and general knowledge of related work functions.

    Job Functions and Core Responsibilities:

    • Design and lead end-to-end change strategies for highly complex, cross-organizational transformations, including the change narrative, stakeholder alignment, readiness, adoption, sustainment, and value realization.
    • Design and deliver business performance engagements that strengthens decision-making, operating cadence, accountability, and leadership-team effectiveness, support adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working.
    • Integrate change activities with program milestones, PMO routines, and the broader project lifecycle.
    • Assess readiness and adoption, gather stakeholder feedback, identify gaps, and adjust plans or trigger corrective action.
    • Define measurable outcomes and track implementation health, adoption, sustainment, KPI attainment, and value realization.
    • Analyze transformation and team-performance data, translating findings into clear recommendations for program improvement and leadership decisions.
    • Coach leaders and project teams to serve as effective sponsors and role models, lead change locally, and reinforce high-performance behaviors.
    • Translate enterprise transformation goals into sequenced delivery plans across functions and organizations.
    • Advise senior leadership teams on execution discipline, strategic alignment, accountability, and the delivery of enterprise priorities.
    • Improve change management methodologies, tools, and systems to strengthen delivery at scale.
    • Build and maintain trusted working relationships with customers, stakeholders, project teams, and third-party partners.
    • Ensure change messaging and content align with enterprise goals, and present strategies and progress updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
