The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Responsibilities:
The Advancement Executive Director, URochester Medicine Clinical Programs, is an experienced frontline fundraiser responsible for working with existing and prospective donors to identify and secure gifts at the $100,000+ level for University of Rochester Medicine. They will manage a portfolio of major and principal gift prospects, including grateful patients, community donors, and other interested individuals seeking to support clinical care, residency/fellowship programs, and research initiatives at URochester Medicine.
They will serve as the primary Advancement liaison for engagement and fundraising support for one or more departments, priority fundraising areas, or programs. They will work with department chairs to craft strategies for reaching unit fundraising goals and ensure that those priorities align with broader institutional goals, including those that support the For Ever Better comprehensive campaign.
The Executive Director is a senior leader on the Clinical Programs team and will manage up to two direct reports with their own portfolios and performance metrics. They will work with the Assistant Vice President, Clinical, Research & Hospital Programs Advancement to set goals for their direct reports and will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of their work.
