Advanced / Senior Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $35–$40/hr

Advance Services is hiring for a Direct Hire opportunity with an international manufacturing leader seeking an Advanced/Senior Maintenance Technician. This position is designed for highly skilled maintenance professionals with extensive troubleshooting experience and a strong background supporting complex industrial equipment and automated systems.

Qualifications:

• Advanced troubleshooting experience
• PLC experience
• Controls systems knowledge
• Electronics experience
• Strong industrial maintenance background
• Millwright experience preferred

Strongly Preferred Experience:

• Hydraulics
• Compressors
• Industrial machinery
• CNC equipment (Biesse or Holzma preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Conveyor systems
• Motor maintenance and repair experience

Hiring Note: Most hiring activity is focused on candidates in the $30–$35/hr range. Senior-level opportunities in the $35–$40/hr range are available but less common.
