BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY
Function as an Advanced Practice Nurse and change agent incorporating the primary role of nurse practitioner and the supporting roles of consultant, educator, researcher, and administrator to support quality care and positive patient outcomes for the Weight Management Clinic. This growing outpatient practice incorporates a multidisciplinary approach to patient care involving physicians, mid-level providers, dieticians, and certified diabetes educators to treat patients with obesity. The successful candidate will be expected to manage a panel of patients independently as well as work with the multidisciplinary team in a shared care model.
CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The department intends to hire for one position as either an ARNP, requisition 25005808 or PA, requisition 25005809, based on the qualifications of the successful candidate. Please apply to the specific position for which you which to be considered or both.
