Services include Primary Care, HIV Care, Behavioral Health, Pharmacy Services, and Community Programming. The organization is committed to providing high-quality, inclusive healthcare while expanding access to services for uninsured and underinsured individuals throughout the Tampa Bay area.

Requirements

  • Current, active, and unrestricted Florida APRN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of outpatient/ambulatory primary care experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • HIV care experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment and care plans
  • Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with current clinical guidelines and Florida regulations
  • Order, review, and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing
  • Monitor patients' response to treatment and make adjustments as clinically appropriate
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
  • Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and overall health
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
  • Coordinate care with physicians, behavioral health providers, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and ongoing management of patients' health conditions
