Compensation: $100,000 – $175,000/year

Overview:
 Seeking a licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide high-quality, comprehensive care within a correctional setting.  The ARNP will work under physician supervision, delivering advanced nursing services to a diverse inmate population.

Position Highlights:

• Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and initiate treatment plans.
• Provide primary care including medication management, wound care, and chronic disease monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with policy and legal requirements.
• Support continuity of care by overseeing hospitalizations and follow-up.
• Participate in emergency response, on-call rotation, and quality improvement efforts.
• Contribute to a safe and secure clinical environment.
• Schedule - 5x8 - Days

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited college or university’s nursing program with a degree.
• Current licensure and/or certification as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with training in Family Practice in the state of California.
• Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience required.
