Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider - Pulmonology/Critical Care

What You'll Champion:
- Deliver high-quality critical care management for adult patients in an 18-bed ICU, collaborating closely with intensivists and a multidisciplinary care team.
- Perform advanced bedside procedures, including central line placement, arterial lines, and intubations, while providing timely interventions for critically ill patients.
- Lead the admission, ongoing management, and discharge planning of ICU patients, ensuring seamless, patient-centered care throughout their hospitalization.
- Practice with a high degree of autonomy during night coverage while exercising sound clinical judgment and partnering with physician colleagues as needed.
- Support a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning while helping deliver exceptional outcomes for patients and families facing complex critical illnesses.
