Advanced Practice Provider Details:
• Full-time position, 4 days/week, 32 patient contact hours. (2 days in White Salmon, WA and 2 days in Stevenson, WA) • Provide comprehensive family medicine services to your own panel of patients, as well as see walk-in and acute care patients during designated times. • Work in a collaborative environment, alongside experienced clinicians. • Were also looking for clinicians with an interest in leadership and welcome meaningful participation in organizational decisions.
What Were Looking For:
• Current Washington Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and DEA licensure in good standing. • Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Experience with Epic EMR

We are a provider-led practice, with average provider tenure of 15+ years. Compensation:
• Salaried/Exempt: Starting at $130k, increases based on experience and licensure • Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
