Family Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team!

Position Highlights:

• Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• Schedule: 4 days in the office with 1 dedicated administrative day
• Saturday morning clinic: Participates on a rotating basis
• Opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a community-focused health setting

Qualifications:

• Current State of Ohio Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license required
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
