As an Outpatient APP in Pulmonology & Sleep Medicine, you will:

• Under the general supervision of a physician, evaluate and manage patients with chronic respiratory conditions including asthma, COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, pulmonary nodules, and chronic cough. • Diagnose and treat sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, central sleep apnea, and hypersomnia. • Manage CPAP/BiPAP therapy and adherence. • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with board-certified pulmonologists. • Provide patient education on inhaler techniques, disease management, smoking cessation, and sleep hygiene. • Coordinate care with primary care providers and other specialists. • Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program • Active state license and national board certification • DEA registration (or eligibility) • ACLS Required
